She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy McLeod and Olive Viva Walker Sharpe; her stepfather Daniel T. Sharpe; her husband Richard Charles Steltenpohl, Sr.; and her brother Daniel T. Sharpe.
She is survived by: her daughter Sondra; her son-in-law Dennis Humes of Valdosta; her children, Donna Gail Steltenpohl (Albert Alaniz) of Washington, DC, Richard C. Steltenpohl of Valdosta and Billy Ray Steltenpohl of Ray City, GA; her grandchildren, Veronica Humes, Michael Caleab Humes (Hanna), Tabitha Alaniz, Travis Alaniz, Robby Steltenpohl (Lisa), John Cory Steltenpohl (Judianne), Ryan Steltenpohl (Olivia) and Jenni Steltenpohl; and her sister-in-law Julie Sharpe. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
