She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Lawrence Lewis and Minnie Philinda Rhem Lewis; and her husband Foster Zipperer. She is survived by: her children, Kevin, Sr., Tanya Zipperer of Valdosta and Darlene Proctor of Lake Park; her grandchildren, Kevin, Anna Zipperer of Valdosta, Kristy, Buck Paulk of Ray City, Kerri Strickland of Valdosta, Justin and Paige Proctor of Dixie; and her great grandchildren, Emma Paulk, Jeb Paulk, Brinson Paulk, Eliza Paulk, Ella Paulk, James Paulk, Ezra Paulk, Judah Paulk, Winn Strickland, Alli Strickland, Jake Strickland, Wyatt Zipperer, Millie Zipperer, Clayton Proctor, Cooper Proctor and Cambree Proctor.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Methodist Church on Mt. Zion Road.
