She is survived by: her son Philip; her daughter-in-law Kathi Poole of Valdosta; her daughters, Maureen Collins of Valdosta and Amy of Valdosta; her son-in-law Terry Creasy of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Patrick Poole of Livermore, CA, Philip Poole of Los Angeles, CA, Meghan Hempe (Kevin) of Valdosta, Justin Collins (Keeley) of Hahira and Kylee Creasy of Valdosta; and her great grandchildren, Luke Hempe, Logan Hempe and Hannah Hempe.
