He is survived by: his wife Gladys Sparks; his sons, Adam Sparks and James Sparks; his stepdaughters, Michelle Sunday (Jason) and Tonya Revels; his grandchildren, Lauren Revels (Kristen), Lance Revels, Jaden Cowart (Stephen), Jacie Cook (Chase) and Jayann Corson (Frankie); and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Cowart, Pierson Cowart, Grayson Cook and Hayes Cook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carson McLane Funeral Home (2215 N Patterson St, Valdosta, GA 31602). A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery.
