He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clay and Lucille Ann Inscore (Fletcher). He is survived by: his wife Penny Inscore of Valdosta, Georgia; and his sisters, Margaret Johnson of Flintstone and Linda Reaves Harris of Valdosta, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
