He was predeceased by: his siblings, Samuel, Gerald, Francis, George Seiverd and Gladys Crepak; and his son David Keen.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Seiverd; his children, Vonnie (Tom), Schaffer, Donald Seiverd, Rebecca, Samantha, John (Laura), Adam (Mary Lee) and Robert (Marcy); and his in-laws, Shirley Love (Don) and Gerald Crepak. He is also survived by grandfather, "Pop Pop," to his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and "Uncle Jack" to his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
