With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Freeman Dasher of Valdosta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2025 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry Freeman Dasher to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Dasher and Claudia Wisenbaker Dasher; and his brother Wayne Dasher. He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Herring (Edward) of Lake Park, GA, Katina Starkson (B. C.) of Valdosta and Talley Dasher (Pam) of Valdosta; and his siblings' children, Jacob Dasher (Kassie) of Nashville, TN, Brent Dasher (Reagan) of Valdosta, Garrett Dasher of Valdosta, Tommy Herring (April) of Valdosta, Robbie Herring of Lake Park, GA, Ben Herring of South Carolina and Cathy Herring of Lake Park, GA. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carson McLane Funeral Home (2215 N Patterson St, Valdosta, GA 31602). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Mt. Pleasant Church of Christ.
