He was predeceased by: his significant other Jerriann Lacour Levy; his parents, Dr. Louis Levy II and Dorothy Cobb Levy; and his sister Lynda Levy Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Levy Russell (Max Stone), Denise Levy (Daniel Byrd) and Brian Levy (Erica Meade Levy); his siblings, Larry Levy (Cheryl Levy), Leslie Levy and Liz Frischhertz (Rob Frischhertz); and his grandchildren, Russell, Harper Russell, Vance Russell, Eliana Levy and Ethan Levy.
