He is survived by: his parents, Young Tillman and Penny Tillman; his children, Annabelle Tillman of Valdosta, Tessa Tillman of Valdosta, Bethany Rose Tillman of Jacksonville, FL and Peter Tillman (Allison) of Frankfort Kentucky; and his siblings, Todd Tillman (Brooke) of Valdosta, Timothy Tillman (Megan) of Valdosta and Kristy Tillman Hunt (Eric) of Macon, GA..
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sunset Hill Cemetery (1100 N Oak St, Valdosta, GA 31602).
