With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Helen Davis of Valdosta, Georgia, born in Cecil, Georgia, who passed away on July 11, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent G. W. Bennett; her husband Leslie R. Davis; and her brothers-in-law, Wade Jackson, John Leonetti and Huey Manges.
She is survived by: her daughter Lu Ann Powell of Valdosta, Georgia; her granddaughters, Nicole Steel (Adam) of Valdosta, Georgia, Kristin Edwards (Dusty) of Valdosta, Georgia and Rebekah Davis (Tommy) of Valdosta, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Gwyneth Steel, Shelby Steel, Bennett Steel, Weston Edwards and Eli Edwards; and her siblings, La Verne Jackson of Valdosta, Georgia, Louise Leonetti of Valdosta, Georgia, Carolyn Manges of Florida, Marjorie McDonald (Ernest) of Valdosta, Georgia and Norman Bennett (Robin) of Hahira. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
