He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Conley Squires (late Jack Squires). He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Ryan Casey (Samantha), Parks Casey, Sarah Casey and Caroline Casey; his grandchildren, Kayden Casey, Zeke Casey and Piper Casey; his sister Pamela Nunes (John); and his father Roy L. Casey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
