He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan H. Luke and Sophia Holtzclaw Luke; and his brother Jerry Luke. He is survived by: his wife Floye Spencer Luke of Valdosta; his children, Thomas Michael Luke, Jr. (Ralitsa Dobrev) of Richmond Hill, Georgia (F. Spencer Luke) of Savannah, Steve Osborne (Georgia) of Nashville, Jennifer (Scott Jagielski) of Valdosta and Renee Jordan (Jackson Luke) of Pensacola; and his grandchildren, Bay, Aubree, Luke, Kalina, Nia, EmmaRae, Julie, Kayla, Gavin, Gabe, Zoe and Jaden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Annette Howell Turner Arts Center, The Lowndes County Historical Society, or Park Avenue Church.
