It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Garnett (Valdosta, Georgia), who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Goodwin and Hazel Goodwin (Clapp); her spouse Hadley Garnett (Peanut) of Bradford; her grandchildren, Janice Treadwell and Todd Cray; and her son-in-law Arnold Willinski.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Willinski, George Garnett (Rachel) and Linda Cray (William); her sister Rhoda Turner; and her grandchildren, Peter, Mark Treadwell, Jerry Garnett (Gail) and Amy Fitzgerald (Richard). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Church (4536 Mt Zion Rd, Valdosta, GA 31601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
