She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Agnes Smith of Holly Springs and Arthur Smith; her husband Arthur; her sister Cindy; her nieces, Jessica and Carrie; her former husband Roy Rowe; her daughter Cathy Rowe DeLaney; her granddaughter Catherine; her brothers, Rodney, Terry and Joe; her son-in-law Robin; her granddaughters, Cleo (Will) and Jaye; Leigh and Robert. She was also cherished by her family, relatives and friends.
A gentle lady of selfless love, Phyllis slipped away quickly and quietly to cancer and alzheimer's at age 76.
