He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Walstein McLain and Juanita Williams McLain; his wives, MaryAnn Arvin McLain and Elizabeth Ann McLain; and his brother Gene McLain.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Green, Marc McLain, Chris Johnson, Anita Howard (Darry) and Tricia Edmondson (Steve); and his sisters, Evelyn Garner and Gerri Casse (Marshall). He is also survived by five grandchildren; great grandchildren.
