He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence John Kipper and Florence Mary Kemps Kipper; his wife Patricia Ann Kipper; his brothers, Ted Kipper and Fran Kipper; and his grandson Thomas Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Richards (Tony) of Valdosta, GA, Robert "Bob" Kipper of Concord, NC, Brian C. Kipper (Martha Jane) of Thomasville, GA and Steve Kipper (Tiane) of Warner Robins, GA; his grandchildren, Josh Bowersox, Abbey Bowersox, Ericha Raju (Vikram), Jake Richards (Katie), Zack Richards (Allie), Tyler Richards (Haley), Adam Kipper (Lauren), Ashley Warner (Nehemiah), Sarah Kipper (Mike Camp), Noah Kipper (Raechel Smith), Seth Kipper (Emma Giles), Eli Kipper, Mason Wilson, Hannah Kipper (Matt Carter) and Hailey Kipper; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Leah, Ellie, James, Kaylan, Kennedy, Peyton, Mako, Rudy, Lior, Kinley and Blakely; and his friend Joyce Brehm. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
