He is survived by: his father Roy Neal Bell Sr. of Winston-Salem, NC; his children, Jeffery Bell (Kalyn) of Lake Park, GA, Katherine Adkins (Charles) of Columbia, SC and Nathan Lee Bell of Illinois; his grandson Robert Adkins of Columbia, SC; and his sister Barbara Chafin of Moultrie, GA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces.
