It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Leonard Hall Sr. of Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Leon Hall and Dorothy Mullis Hall; his son Joseph Samuel Douthit; and his mother-in-law Margaret Rivers. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Hall of Valdosta; his children, Roy Hall, Jr. (Genna) of Fernandina Beach, Melanie Corbett of Oklahoma, Valerie Ford (Ford) of Valdosta, Dorothy Howell of Valdosta and Shannon Hall (Jessica) of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Marcie Merwin, Jackie Merwin, Zach Douthit, Ashley Howell, Jonathan Hall and Shannon Hall; his great grandchildren, Isabell of Maine, Azaria Hill and Rayna Merwin; his siblings, Nancy Boatwright, Buddy Hall (Skye), Anna Spivey (Rocky), Diann Trupia (Mark) and Tony Hall (Pam); and his sister-in-law Kimberly Cochran. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Leonard Hall.
