He is survived by: his children, Roy Register, Jr. of Valdosta, Georgia and Heather Johnson of Valdosta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Alissa Church, Hannah Church of Saddie Johnson, Y. J and Cheyenne Register; and his brother Dewey Register (Lesa) of Valdosta, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
