Though Suzanne may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Norman P. Huggins and Mary June Norwood Huggins; and her husband Barry Dale Fulbright. She is survived by: her son John Norwood Fulbright of Cary, NC; her brother Bruce Norwood Huggins (Jill Elaine Huggins) of Georgetown, SC; and her nephews, Jonathan Huggins of Georgetown, SC and Peter Huggins of Darlington, SC..
