She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Lowe; her children, Lloyd Lowe and Rhonda Swinford; her parents, Cicero Chadwick and Dora Chadwick; her siblings, Clara Shook (Charlie), Johnnie Hill (Lee), Harry Chadwick (Francis), Sue Warnack (Gene), Mae Pettit and Francis Walker; and her grandson Jacob Lowe.
She is survived by: her son Richard Lowe (Suzanne); her daughter-in-law Janice Lowe; her grandsons, Shane Holden, Josh Lowe (Valery), Kevin Swinford, Jeremy Lowe (Lacey) and Michael Swinford (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Nathan Holden, Mary Beth Lowe, Anna Grace Lowe, Jailynn Swinford and Sidney Lowe; her stepgranddaughter Heather Kilgore (Allen); and her stepgreat-grandsons, Jacob Kilgore and Tanner Kilgore.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2801 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in memory of Anna Lee Lowe to the church or charity of your choice.
