He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Fletcher Lowe; his children, Josh Lowe (Valery) and Heather Kilgore (Allen); and his grandchildren, Mary Beth Lowe, Anna Grace Lowe, Jacob Kilgore and Tanner Kilgore (Makayla).
