Billy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Billy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Billy will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norwood Rhodes and Margaret Ruth Lavish Rhodes; and his sister Peggy Rhodes Winn. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Rhodes Woodman (Cliff) of St. Simons Island; his granddaughter Whitney Gay Horne of Brunswick; his great grandchildren, Kash Horne and Remy Horne; his former wife Becky Rhodes; and his friend Bert Gay.
