She was predeceased by: her former husband Clarence Powell; her parents, Vallie Collins and Gladys Thomas Collins; and her sister Faye Collins Culp. She is survived by: her spouse S. Navy; her children, Debbie P. Evans of Vidalia, Ricky E. Powell (Kim) of Vidalia and Randy Powell (Tiffany) of New Branch; her grandchildren, Brandon Evans (Holly Griffin), Chelsea Evans of Savannah, Justin T. Martins (Mel) of Salem, Miranda Walters of Oregon, Britany Gibson (Ryan) of Cordele, Emily Powell of Vidalia and Haley White (Seth) of Harrisburg, Illinois; and her siblings, Bill Collins of South Carolina, Collie Collins of Virginia, Lawrence Collins (Ann) of Johnson Corner, Sandra Mosley of Tattnall County, Ronnie Collins (Louise) of Stillmore, Tommy Collins (Bonnie Faye) of New Branch and Ann Smith (Richard) of Tattnall County. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
