He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Carroll and Glenda Logan Richards; and his siblings, Simone Gruber and Robert Richards. He is survived by: his daughter Lindsey Carroll (Joseph Grinstead) of Lyons; his grandchildren, Isabella Reeves and Cameron Reeves; his stepbrother Terry Edmonds (Mary) of Vidalia; and his sister Missie Hadden (Gene) of Swainsboro.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (427 N Main St, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
