She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Donald Bills and Phyllis Jean McCauly Bills; and her sister Susan Liebert. She is survived by: her children, Jason Keyes of Kansas, Jackie Caraway (Clay), Christine Welk (Rod Wallace), Angela Nolting Snaggs (Sheldon) of Florida and Lisa Jensen (Todd) of Arizona. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
