He was predeceased by: his former wives, Shirley Morris Gladden of Lyons and Sharron Lee Butler Gladden of Konawa; his son Joseph "Joey" Gladden of Konawa; and his parents, Voyt Wesley Gladden and Virginia Lee Conn Rupert.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Dees of Lyons; his son John Gladden (Melinda) of Mt. Vernon; his brother Robert Gladden of Asher, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Amanda Walling of Texas, Devin Gladden (Josefina) of Texas, Breyson Gladden of Mt. Vernon, Cainan Gladden of Mt. Vernon and Raylee Gladden of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
