He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Leslie Proctor and Sarah Virginia Miller Proctor; and his brother-in-law Ashby Frank Colvin. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Proctor; his children, Chester L. Proctor IV (Heather) of Alston, Beth Heath (Michael) of Carlton, Michael Ross (Kellie) of Commerce, Andy Ross of Danielsville, Becki Ross of Vidalia and Joey Ross (Melissa Poole); and his sister Leslie Jean Colvin of Pawleys Island.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Vidalia High School, 901 North St. West, Vidalia, GA 30474 – Attention Wrestling Fund.
