The memory of David Turner of Vidalia, Georgia, born in Crawfordville, Georgia, who passed away on September 27, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Turner and Dorothy Nash Turner; and his grandparents, Professor and J. D. Nash Sr.. He is survived by: his children, James Michael Turner Sr. (Denita) and Suzanne Reeves (Chris) of Vidalia, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Whitney Turner Burkett and James Michael "Jamey" Turner Jr. (Brittney); and his great grandchildren, James Michael "Jameson" Turner III, Nash Turner, Emi Grace Burkett and Stevie Kate Turner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of James David Turner to Vidalia Church of God (Children's Ministry), 401 Adams St., Vidalia, GA 30474.
