He was predeceased by: his son Maurice. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Desiree, Dehlia and Joshua; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; his grandchildren, Sarina, Aaliya, Mikaela, Raine, Taurus, Hayden, Kye, Zoey and Erik; and his great grandchild Kaewa.
The couple endured the pandemic together in 2020. After COVID, Mac said he was ready to retire after a 25-year career with the UN, and that's when we started talking about leaving New York," Denise remembers.
