She was predeceased by: her husband Fred R. Brannan; her granddaughter Sissy Moore; her parents, Ennis Tarver Seckinger and Evelyn Rose Shipes Seckinger; and her siblings, Mary Seckinger, Wilbur, Jimmy, Tommy, George and Robert Seckinger.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Ward, Ricky Ward of Vidalia, Michael Ward (Sara) of Statesboro and Johnny Ward (Josefa) of Willow Springs; and her close friends, William "Bill" Brannan and Shelby Williams. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
