She was predeceased by: her husband Reginald Talmadge "Reggie" O'Neal; her parents, Jesse Lee Moseley and Mary Wilma Kight Moseley; and her siblings, Jewel Moseley, Robert Lee Moseley and Jimmy R. Moseley.
She is survived by: her children, Tasha O'Neal of Vidalia and Chris O'Neal of Vidalia; her grandchildren, Cade O'Neal (Cassidy) of Higgston and Mikela O'Neal of Vidalia; her great grandchild Cecilia Rose Marie O'Neal; and her siblings, Evelyn Moseley Nobles (Larry) of Washington, Gloria Moseley Dismuke of Normantown, Dianne Moseley Hattaway of Douglas and David Moseley (Dale) of Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
