She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert T. Thigpen and Bonnie Lucile Ford Thigpen; and her former husband Bobby Gene Morris. She is survived by: her children, Darrell Morris and Pam Morris McDonald; her grandson Lee McDonald of Cedar Crossing; her sisters, Shirley Thigpen Riner of Swainsboro and Faye Thigpen Patrick (Lewis) of Vidalia; and her close friend Leila "Maude" Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
