He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Phillips and Eudell Stewart Phillips; and his siblings, Kenneth Phillips and Sara Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Loyd Phillips; his daughter Lacie Wilkes Phillips; his grandson Brentley Sexton; his daughter Brittney Sexton of Vidalia; his siblings, Perry Phillips (Ginger) of Dahlonega, Larry Phillips (Cynthia) of Atlanta and Diane Phillips (Tina) of North Carolina; and his close friends, Jason Beckworth, Justin Skipper, Joe Bush, Thompson, Tony Nobles, Danny Flowers, Charlie Clark, Jay Harbin, Shane NeeSmith, Dwayne Hall, Odis Clark, William Kilgore, Doug Clark, Wayne Youmans, Duncan Parkerson, Johnny Jackson, Billy Tidwell, Bobby Arnold and R. J. Arnold. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
