Glenda August Obituary

We bid farewell to Glenda August of Vidalia, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 7, 2026 at the age of 83. Glenda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. August, Sr.; her son Grahl Moxley; her parents, Watson Leroy Register and Mattie Sue Cowart Register; and her brother Grahl Register.

She is survived by: her daughter Carla Moxley Caputi of Lake Park, Georgia; her granddaughter Leslie Van Kirk Culpepper (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, McKenzie of Nashville, Georgia, Amelia of Nashville, Georgia and Charlotte Culpepper of Nashville, Georgia.
