He was predeceased by: his father James Monroe Moxley. He is survived by: his mother Glenda Register August of Vidalia; his sister Carla Moxley Caputi of Lake Park; his niece Leslie Kate Culpepper (Matthew) of Nashville, Georgia; and his great-nieces, McKenzie, Amelia and Charlotte Culpepper.
