It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Nelms of Vidalia, Georgia, born in Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jason leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jason may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his mother Annette Maddox Nelms. He is survived by: his family Mac; his uncle Ricky; his father Hugh Adrian Nelms of Vidalia; and his siblings, Shane Nelms of Alston, Adrian "Smokey J" Nelms (Ann) of Port Hadlock, Washington and Melody Ann Kilmer of Port Hadlock, Washington.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Dublin Memorial Gardens (2986 US-80, Dublin, GA 31021).
