We bid farewell to Kathy Horton of Vidalia, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 1, 2026 at the age of 71. Kathy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Preston Russell and Annie Mae Finch Russell; and her siblings, Patricia "Pat" Russell Storm, Leo Preston Russell, Lorna Inell Green Shaw and Annis Russell.
She is survived by: her husband Eddie Horton; her sons, Greg Horton (Lori) and Jason Horton (Casey); her grandchildren, Cason Horton of Vidalia, Jacey Horton of Vidalia and Chessley Horton of Vidalia; and her siblings, Linnie Russell (Laney) and Glenda Russell Redmon (James) of Washington County, Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
