She is survived by: her children, Charles "Edward" Batay, Jr. of Vidalia and Penny Batay Cranford (Michael) of Reidsville; her grandchildren, Siarra Calhoun of Glennville, Dalton McCumber (Maddie Rockwood) of Reidsville and Austin Cranford of Reidsville; her great grandchildren, Kavari and Kaspen Cooper; her sister Louise Edge of Vidalia; and her friends, Julie Screws and Teresa Batay of Vidalia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
