It is with sadness that the passing of Lynn Helms of Vidalia, Georgia is shared. Lynn, born on September 28, 1961, passed away on October 20, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lynn Helms to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jackson Helms and Connie Lee Davis Helms; her siblings, J. T. Helms, Robert Helms, Jack Helms and Vickie Helms Fletcher; and her niece Erin Fletcher.
She is survived by: her husband Timmy Collins of Vidalia; her children, Connie E. Merritt (Bill) of Douglasville, Sherrie Collins of Deltona, Guy Collins (Tabitha) of Vidalia and Matthew Collins (Nicki); and her sisters, Faye Helms Whaley (Ray) of Oklahoma, Sandra Helms Howell of Montgomery County, Rose Helms Braddy (Ken) of Montgomery County, Irma Helms (Dan Smith) of Vidalia, Linda Helms of Texas and Gail Helms Gibson (Jimmy) of Aiken. She is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
