He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Anthony Bell and Vera Faye Rockett Bell; and his son Mark Anthony Bell, III. He is survived by: his grandson Mark Anthony Bell IV of Milledgeville; and his siblings, Wanda Bell Culpepper (John) of Athens and Wayne Bell of Athens.
