She was predeceased by: her husband Joel Evans Williams, Sr.; her son Joel Evans Williams, Jr.; her parents, Durham Marshall Mosley and Rosa Lee Barber Mosley; and her siblings, Jeanette Mosley Collins, Dee Marshall Mosley, Jr., Cecil Mosley, Donald Mosley, Annette Mosley Blocker and Patricia Mosley Byrd.

She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Williams (Cindy) and Dan Williams (Pam); her sister Grace Mosley Manning; her uncles, Buddy J. Mosley (Annette) of Uvalda and Glenn Mosley (Glenda) of Vidalia; her sister-in-law Rosemary Williams Thompson of Reidsville; and her grandchildren, Brett Williams (Jenna), Cody Williams (Nikki Gill), Joe Williams of Reidsville, Meagan Williams of Atlanta, Jessi Williams Jones (Derek) of Watkinsville and Branden Williams (Casey) of Alston. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
