He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddy Heath and Rose Conner. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Wilt Heath; his children, Cierra Howell of Vidalia and Robbie E. Heath II (Amber) of Huntsville, Alabama; his brother Bengie Jacobs (Angela) of Goldsboro; his grandchildren, Summur Howell, Morrigan Howell, Nikolai E. Heath and Amaya Heath; his sister-in-law Kathy Leggett of Vidalia; his sibling's children, Alley Leggett (Albin Aguilar), Kimberly Allard (Cameron) of Axtell, Nebraska and Phillip Leggett (Nikki) of Aline; and his great-niece Rowan Allard.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
