Heath II (Amber) of Huntsville, Alabama; his brother Bengie Jacobs (Angela) of Goldsboro; his grandchildren, Summur Howell, Morrigan Howell, Nikolai E. Heath and Amaya Heath; his sister-in-law Kathy Leggett of Vidalia; his nieces, Alley Leggett (Albin Aguilar) and Kimberly Allard (Cameron) of Axtell, Nebraska; his nephew Phillip Leggett (Nikki) of Aline; and his great-niece Rowan Allard.
