She was predeceased by: her husband Dywayne Allen Chavis; her grandson Nathan Coursey; and her mother Reverend Mary Nabb Ennis. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Coursey (Raymond) and Jamie Chavis (Caitlyn); her grandchildren, Braylen Coursey and Raylen Coursey; her father Doug Ennis of Vidalia; and her brothers, Eugene "Blue" Ennis of Aiken and Bobby Ennis (Lawanna) of Metter. She is also survived by one aunt, one uncle, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
