He is survived by: his wife Claire Rogers; his children, William "Bill" Howard Rogers, Jr. (Heidi), David Rogers and Cathy Rogers; his daughter-in-law Tammy Logan (Bradley); his grandchildren, Nathan Rogers of Albion and Jessie Wood; and his nephew Michael Howard (Sherri).
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
