Frances S. Fowler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances S. Fowler of Vienna, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 18, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus "Buddy" Stubbs and Reba Speight Stubbs; and her husband Rodney G. Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Jason Fowler (Amy) of Milledgeville, Angie Cawthon (Trey) of Vienna and Julie Wright (Bradley) of Vienna; her brothers, Ted Stubbs of Granite Falls, NC, Bobby Stubbs (Kelanie) of Barnesville and Ricky Stubbs of Eschwege, Germany.; and her sister-in-law Carlene Penney (John) of Vienna.
