He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Swain and Ruth Dupree Rodriguez; and his brother Len Swain. He is survived by: his sister Tammy Stout; his niece Brittany Gapp (Garrett); his nephew Nicholas Stout; and his friend Gerald Micek. He is also survived by 3 great nephews.
