He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Milan Hawk and Helen Viola Hawk (Fellows); and his former wife Carolyn Jean Hawk (Herreman). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Hawk (Camp); his children, Sheryl Hawk, Susan Crosby (Geoff), Stephen Hawk (Susan) and Stan Hawk; his siblings, Berta Zilles and Barry Hawk (Brenda); and his stepchildren, Tami Gibson, Ginger Gibson and David Gibson (Melodee). He is also survived by 3 step grandchildren.
