He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward Johnson and Shirley Delores Sowder Johnson. He is survived by: his friend Dave; his wife Beth Johnson; his sons, Michael Johnson and Daniel Johnson; his stepsons, Johnathan Todd and Ethan Todd; his sister Mary; his brother-in-law Keith Johnson; his brother James; and his sister-in-law Lisa Johnson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
