With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte Tallent Ray of Villa Rica, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Tallent and Roberta Williams Tallent; her husband Henry Albert Ray; and her siblings, Ronnie Tallent, Tommy Tallent, June White, Jeanette Hamel and Kenny Tallent.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda (Tony Brown), Patty (Raymond Hartley) and Thomas; her daughter-in-law Carla Ray of Villa Rica; her brother Gary; her sister-in-law Lynda Tallent of Adairsville; and her grandchildren, Chad, Erika Brown, Jason Hartley, Chase, Marie Hartley, Devin, Lexi DeArmon, Brittany Ray, Kim and Scott Swindle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In the leiu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be sent to Essies Gift Ministries.
